In Tantric literature Mantra Sadhana and Ritual practice represent the heart of the teachings. It is the main instrument and method for spiritualization. In this workshop, we will explore this sacred art in the context of a scriptural study of the Feminine Divine.  Teachings will include lecture and chanting and Iyengar Yoga Sadhana.
