Yoga is the subtle, refined art of balancing the energies of the body, mind, and spirit. Amongst them, we find the energies of air, fire, and water respectively called prana, tejas and ojas.
If your goal is to achieve balanced and mature sadhana, then all three of these energies must be developed in an even manner, with none stronger than the others. Through the right balance of discipline (tapas), pranayama, and devotional practice we can fuel our spirits so they soar to new heights.
